QualiTrainer is an authorized career training provider, focused on profession training programmes aimed mostly towards graduates of superior forms of education, who are interested in developing a career/a job in the European Union institutions, or in personal development.

Career opportunities for the European Union citizens
- Romania is a Member of the European Union starting the 1st of January, 2007
- Starting the 1st of January 2007, Romanian citizens have obtained the citizenship of the European Union
- Throughout Romania’s accession to the EU and throughout obtaining the European citizenship, many career opportunities within the European Union institutions have risen for Romanian citizens. They now have the possibility of working, both temporarily as well as undetermined, within the European Union’s institutions located in Bruxelles, Luxembourg or Strasbourg, as well as working in agencies situated within the Union’s Member States’ territory.

Who is our target audience?
The ones who want to pursue a career within the European Union’s institutions, and who fulfill the following requirements:
- Hold the Romanian citizenship
- Enjoy to all the rights and privileges granted by citizenship
- Are graduates of higher educational institutions and can provide a Bachelor’s Degree
- Are students or are studying for their Master’s Degree ( starting 2011, terminal year students can apply for competitions)
The need for specific training
- The selection and recruitment process is a complex one, that was drastically reviewed in 2010 at the European Union level and that implies proceedings which Romanians are not yet accustomed with.
- The testing is based on competencies, and is approached from a point of view that might seem new even to those already accustomed with European level examinations.
- The competition for jobs in the European Union institutions is very high, candidates usually showing up from all Europe’s 27 countries.
- Without a period of a few months’ training in order to obtain the necessary knowledge and competencies, together with a period spent in practicing and improving these skills, one cannot expect to obtain satisfactory results in the testing stages.
The general objective of QualiTrainer’s programmes
The general objective of the programmes focuses on providing the people interested in the courses with the set of knowledge and competencies demanded by the selection and recruitment procedure of the personnel of the European Union’s institutions.
In order to achieve this goal, we are working with an interdisciplinary team of trainers who covers the diversity and complexity of the international competitions demands.
Our offer
To achieve the general objective, we provide seminarii and programe training and coaching.
At the request of a number of over 10 persons, we provide courses (some of them nationally authorized, completed with internationally recognized certificates).
